From the moment that I walked in Stephanie was so professional and listened to my request of the type of unit I needed and my time frame . She took her time and showed me two different style units . She never rushed me and answered all my 50 million questions. The clincher for me was when she spoke about the community , her eyes sparkled. She loves her job and it shows . I came back a few days later and she walked me through ever step of the application. I can’t wait to move into my new home . But the best part is Stephanie and the ladies in the office are part of my new community. Tesla Park is a beautiful place with all the trees and space . Check it out , you won’t be sorry .

I cannot express how easy Stephanie made the move in process. She was so kind, trustworthy and transparent. She was always in a positive mood, making the experience not only simple but fun. Now to Tesla park. They’ve got a new pool, gym and lobby with free coffee! I moved from Raleigh (which is a whole different lifestyle) and I’ll tell you, this place is awesome. The community is so kind, everyone says hello, everyone looks out for each other. My first day in my apartment my neighbor left a note on my door on how to beat the traffic and which back roads to take! If that isn’t southern hospitality I don’t know what is. We're 5 minutes or less from: - Walmart - Publix - Food Lion - Harris Teeter - Walgreens & CVS - Home Depot - Big lots And less than 5 miles from a TJ Maxx and Home Goods (man I love those place) My apartment is perfect for me, the balcony is big, my ceilings are vaulted and it’s two bed and two full bath which is awesome. The office is super understanding and I know if I ever run into an issue they’ll have my back. (Also if you work from home or game a lot, they have AT&T fiber network which was super easy to install and is easily the fastest wifi I've ever had) I want to thank Stephanie again for making this move in a breeze, even when moving from over 150 miles away. I know this was a lot to read but I’m just so stoked to be here. Thanks y'all!

Once the service request was prepared, a very short time later I received a notice it was completed. Great! Excellent job. Thank you. All of my maintenance requests are taken care of right away. I enjoy being able to ask questions & maintenance team is very ready to answer. They are very kind & professional. I totally trust them.

While on our trip to Wilmington for our future move in the fall we came across Tesla Park. While driving down the main drive into Tesla Park we felt comfortable, and quite surprised at how quiet it was. We walked into the leasing office and were immediately greeted by Stephanie. What a lovely woman with a great personality. Stephanie made us feel welcomed, like we’ve known her for years. Stephanie took us for a tour of the property and a 2 bed 2 bath unit. Spoke with us about the amenities on the property and was very informative on pricing and how the daily rates work. After looking at around ten different complexes, Tesla Park is where we see our future home all thanks to Stephanie. Thank you Stephanie for making our future move an unquestionable decision. Tesla Maintenance did a wonderful job and responded in a timely manner! I emailed the staff and the work done by Josh and Kirk were able to put the screw in our AC panel! Shout out to Tesla! Thanks!

Stephanie and Christine in the leasing office are a pleasure to work with. They helped us get our paperwork done as timely as possible and were very warming. I love my new apartment and I'm very grateful to be a part of this community. 🙌

We recently had an issue with our ice maker. Upon their acknowledgement, the maintenance department resolved the issue the very next day. Office team and maintenance team have been fantastic to deal with.
