I absolutely loved living in this neighborhood for my first 2 years here! The space, staff, and amenities are awesome.
Unfortunately, within the last year and a half, we have seen some very unclean neighbors, leaving their trash our daily, dog poop in the hallways.
We also had a neighbor catch part of the building on fire and my boyfriend pretty much saved the whole building before the fire department came.
And there was a huge German roach* problem within this neighborhood, confirmed by the exterminator. The issue was out of hand despite me doing everything I could.
The exterminator only came 3 times, because he would come when I was at work and didn’t have a key. The neighborhood only let him inside once, but it didn’t make a difference anyways.
I feel that the 4507 building has people move in and out of it too quickly, with no real time to truly handle the bug problem. I’ve seen absolutely disgusting people move out and new people move into the same unit within days. I sincerely hope they aren’t dealing with the prior persons bug problems.
But to end on a positive note. I enjoyed my stay here for the most part, I loved the neighborhood in general and thank you for being an amazing office and maintainance team!! best wishes.

Maintenance guys always fast and friendly

Yes, I have a couple of good things I’d like to share. Throughout the week as I’m going about my daily routine, I often take notice at how much effort and hard work Devon and Kirk put into their job. What’s more, they’re always friendly and kind when I run into them and also always super respectful to me, my pets, and with my belongings while doing maintenance on whatever needed fixing in my apartment. Additionally, their kind demeanor and calm attitude make it much easier to approach them to ask potential questions and/or concerns I may have. Moreover, they’re always willing to provide a brief explanation and/or educate you if you express interest in understanding more about what they’re working on and how they’re fixing it.

The guys were efficient, friendly and clean. They were very understanding with my nervous dog. I’m very pleased with my experience.

The maintenance men are always so kind and quick to help. They got it done in less than 15 minutes! Tell them thank you so much. They always do such a good job and work so hard.

I needed to break my lease early. The property manager and associates were very helpful with information about the process (I asked often) and helping a new tenant find their next home(my ground floor apartment).
